Google is testing to migrate pushes from Chrome to the OS X Notification Center; know how to activate

Since its version 42, the Chrome supports notifications push and we have been implementing, for almost a year, the possibility of anyone who wants to subscribe to be alerted whenever a new post comes out on .

But anyone who has used the feature must have noticed that Chrome's notifications are different from native OS X's and don't even appear in the Notification Center. Because Google is testing just to change that and make it native.

The thing already works relatively well, but it needs to be activated manually in Chrome because it is still in the testing phase and does not support “rich” notifications. To do this, copy and paste the following command into the address bar:

chrome://flags/#enable-native-notifications

Then, click on “Activate”. If you don't like it, just do the same thing to disable it.

The option is available even in the current stable version of Chrome (49.0.2623.110), but according to Google the feature in the latest builds of Chrome Canary (the channel "Alpha" browser) is already more current.

If there is nothing significant to “stop” the change, it should become standard on the browser soon.
