Google invents new g + o gesture for Android

Observed by PatentlyApple, a site focused on unveiling new Maa patents, Google has invented a new gesture for future Android devices that incorporates various forms of the letter "g".

"The gesture allows users to circulate what they want to search for in the letter" g "or" g + o "(as shown in the graphic above) and perform a search by lifting their finger", says the publication.

The user can also circle multiple pieces of content or text in one move, ignoring the need to copy and paste multiple items separately.

"Instead of simply performing a search, once you lift your finger, the resource could also first present a list of context-sensitive options, such as phone numbers, dictionary entries, or links to an example Wikipedia article."

PatentlyApple believes that Google could allow other companies to take advantage of Android's future feature.
