Google Duo now with group video calls with up to 8 people

A few weeks ago, the Google Duo app started releasing its long-awaited group video calls and included Brazil among the first countries to receive the feature.

Now, according to Android Police, Google Duo will expand its group video calling capacity to up to 8 people, dropping the old limit to 4 people.

The news was confirmed by Google Duo's chief engineer, Justin Uberti, on your Twitter account:

Unlike Google Allo, which ended on March 12, Google Duo seems to have captured a group of loyal users.
