Google launched, last week, Vila do Papai Noel, an animated website that shows what Bom Velhinho is doing during the preparation for Christmas 2019. The portal features interactive games, games and drawing tools for children, using a logical interface composed of Christmas elements. Elves, reindeer, trees and snowmen are present. The action also has integration with Google Assistant, Google Earth and the mobile version of the search engine.
The Village encourages children to follow Santa Claus throughout the month of December, to help him with Christmas preparations and making toys with the elves. The user can access the village through santatracker.google. New attractions will be launched every day, until Christmas arrives. However, more than 20 games are already available.

Among the attractions found on the platform, there is a creator of animated elves, a selfie machine with Santa Claus, a game that teaches programming with movements of elves in the snow, dance lessons and many other games that involve Christmas traditions, such as putting present on trains. When accessing the Villa, the user must scroll down to see more options, or open the menu to see the games separated into cards.
A family-oriented guide allows you to access different attractions, such as a list of holiday traditions celebrated in different countries, a translator who teaches you to wish Merry Christmas in several languages, an interactive museum of Christmas spirit and jokes from Santa Claus.

The action also promotes integration with Google Earth, providing a test of knowledge about Christmas traditions and foods around the world. On your cell phone, you have the option to find out what's new in Vila by Google Assistant, using the command Okay, Google, what's new at the North Plo?. It is also possible to send Christmas GIFs directly through Google Images on the mobile search engine.

The announcement of the launch of Vila do Papai Noel was published on the Google blog, a space used as an official global Santa Claus broadcast partner. On Google's social networks, a fictional TV broadcaster, called the Plo Norte Broadcast Channel, also shows news in a news format, with an animated anchor displaying news and directing live broadcasts.
