Google acquires Clever Sense, creator of the Alfred app

Google on Wednesday announced the acquisition of Clever Sense, the company that developed the Alfred application, free for Android and iOS.

“Alfred is a personal robot who can learn the tastes of users based on their favorite places in the real world. It operates on Sense's smart technology platform, which includes a personalized score of places that are closest to user preference, ”explained Babak Pahlavan, co-founder and CEO of Clever Sense.

“We are excited to join Google and start a new chapter in curating the world around us! Together with the Google team, we will accelerate our efforts towards this shared vision ”.
