Globoplay crashing? See possible causes and what to do to resolve | Audio and Video

Globoplay can eventually crash on the computer in the middle of your favorite series, just like any other streaming service. Malfunctions are often linked to failures in the user's Internet connection, but can also arise due to bugs in the application. On the PC, the slow or interruption of a transmission can also be related to the browser, be it Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera or Safari. Below are five ways to correct defects in the reproduction of films, series and other content in the catalog.

Close and open the service again

The first thing that should be done in a crash situation is to log out of your account and then close and open the website on your computer. After closing the Globoplay tab, close your browser and go back to the site by logging in again with a username and password to check if the problem has been solved.

Restart the modem or router and wait for the lights to flash again to examine the connection again. Then, do two tests: first, just connect the computer with Globoplay and try streaming it. If it doesn't work, try connecting with another PC or a cell phone and see if the Internet works on a second device. If other sites load normally, Globoplay must also open and run correctly.

Check the computer's date and time

Certain types of errors that occur in streaming can be linked to an error in the system date and time. Right-click on the Windows clock and select Set date / time to check whether the automatic time and spindle keys are on. In general, non-automatic schedules can cause error messages as we are full even though there is not much traffic on the servers.

Search the content manually

If you notice that a content that should be available does not appear in the list of videos (error 4009), try to search manually. Browse to the category, such as series or movies, and search for the title in the full list. If the material does not appear nor in the manual search of the collection, it is possible that it has been removed.

Clean your browser

Temporary browser files can impair Globoplay. If none of the above measures takes effect, the recommendation is to clean up Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari or Opera. Then, restart your computer and log back into the service. If all goes well, reproduction should be restored.
