Glass is a key element of the new Nokia 8600 Luna

Sapo opens laboratory at the University of Aveiro

Nokia will launch a new mobile device developed based on materials such as titanium, stainless steel, chrome and glass by the end of the month. The Nokia 8600 Luna plays with the lighting under the glass cover that covers the keyboard to offer an aspect that the manufacturer says is different from its remaining offer in the market.

The equipment will cost around 700 euros and uses a single micro-USB connection for the first time. It has a 2 megapixel camera, quad band and an autonomy in stand by up to 10 days.

Allows recording and streaming video and has music player. Among the accessories included in the equipment package are a stereo headset, PC connection cable, leather carrying case and a cleaning cloth for the equipment.
