I remember the first time I heard about this game: it was a boy who showed his millions of games on his iPad and said «this is one of the best games!“. At the time, I took a look at the Google Play and, as it was not free … I left it alone. But, in celebration of the 25 billion downloads from the Google, I found the game again, only now for only 0.50 cents. And, I didn’t think twice: Spy mouse, come to mom!
When I downloaded it, I saw that it was from EA Games, which already made me very excited (I’m addicted to the Sims how far the wind turns). I left the new game for a while on the phone, because I was testing other apps and, one day, with my foot bandaged and with nothing to do, I decided to face it. Let’s say the surprise was … not very pleasant.
First: 300MB For download. In times of cloud, I wonder why some games still need so much to run, but anyway. I let the smartphone take care of the download and went to watch TV.
The formula of the mouse that wants the cheese and runs away from the cat (Tom & Jerry?) Is repeated in its entirety in the game. And this is exactly the objective, to catch the cheese to escape to the exit. Sometimes the kitten is asleep and other times it is pacing back and forth. When he sees you, he walks behind until a moment that «turbo» and flies on top of you. Your option: get rid of it so it hits the wall (and you get a few dots).
In short, what I found very annoying is the speed of the game. You take the path that the mouse must follow, which is dashed (as you can see in the screen above). In some phases, you have some «extra phases»: over there on the right side of the room, there is a crack. Once there, you are transported out of the house, where you have pieces of cheese to pick up.
Two things I learned from this game: not believing too much when someone who has more than 100 games in his iPad speak «it’s the best game ever!”And be prepared to find not so cool games from a company that always presents such cool things.
