Samsung has launched its new high-end smartphones, the Note10 Galaxies and 10+at the beginning of the past month; since then the flagship South Korean giant has been put to the test in several tests, including one of endurance and one of speed always compared, of course, with the iPhone XS Max.
This time, the staff of the PhoneBuff touched the wounds of iPhones users when comparing the battery of the Galaxy Note10 + with that of Ma's 6.5 inch smartphone (which, although better than other iPhones, still has its weaknesses). Well, the Galaxy Note 10+ won out, leaving the iPhone XS Max watching ships.
The iPhone XS Max has a battery of 3,174mAh, while the Galaxy Note10 + has monstrous 4,300mAh. So much capacity feeds into gadget Samsung's 6.8-inch AMOLED display with 3040 × 1440 pixel resolution, while the iPhone has a 6.5-inch OLED display with 2688 × 1242 pixel resolution.
The comparison begins with the simulation of some basic tasks, such as connection, messages and emails. Each test lasts for one hour, and on all Galaxy Note10 +, it ends with a higher battery percentage than the iPhone XS Max.
This difference in remaining battery capacity widens even further between the two devices in tests involving web browsing, including while using Instagram, where the Galaxy Note10 + finished the test with 10% more capacity left than the iPhone.
Not even in standby iPhone can beat the competitor by waking up after 16 hours on 42% battery, while Note10 + has 50% battery left.
The final part of the test included the streaming video on YouTube, one hour of play, navigation on Google Maps, and music playback on Spotify, with iPhone dying as soon as Spotify was opened. Note10 + not only managed to beat an hour of music playback, it also worked for another three minutes of intense Snapchat use.
We'll see if the next generation of iPhones will be priced at the Galaxy Note10 + in future tests if Apple decides to surprise us with something bombastic.
