Fujitsu Siemens Computers took advantage of the IFA to publicize its first ultraportable model. The Amilo Mini will start to be marketed in the European market from next October, according to the manufacturer, cited by the international press.

Small and light, just like the PCs in its segment, the Amilo Mini features an 8.9-inch screen and Intel Atom processors with 1.6 GHz, integrating a hard disk with a capacity ranging between 30 and 80 GB, and 1 GB of RAM.

Windows XP is the operating system installed by default, in a model that in the European market should have a selling price close to 400 euros. Along with Europe, Fujitsu is preparing for the United States and Asia the launch of a model of identical characteristics.
