Fujitsu Limited’s management today approved the autonomization of the mobile phone manufacturing business and services, which will be aggregated in a new subsidiary until 4 January next year.
THE spin off this area is part of the company’s defined restructuring strategy.
Fujitsu Mobile-phone Products Limited will operate in Japan as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujistu Limited, but management expects this separation to ensure greater happiness.
