FUJIFILM will also launch webcam software for macOS

As Canon did and we have already published a video about it, the FUJIFILM announced today that it is working on a macOS version of its webcam software.

The company said:

Furthermore, based on the overwhelming response from our customers when we launched the FUJIFILM X Webcam for PCs, we are pleased to announce the development of the FUJIFILM X Webcam for macOS computers. The macOS version is expected to be released in mid-July 2020.

Like FUJIFILM X Webcam, which is already available for Windows 10, owners of branded cameras can connect them to the computer using a USB cable and thus use them as professional webcams.

The current version of the software supports the following cameras: GFX100, GFX 50S, GFX 50R, X-H1, X-Pro3, X-Pro2, X-T4, X-T3 and X-T2.
