This month Sapo launches an assistance service for computer problems, aimed at its customers of the Fiber and ADSL service.
Sapo Assistência Informática, developed in partnership with PCmedic, aims to ensure a «permanent screening and problem solving service», explains the company.
The new technical line is available through the 16202, for 24 hours a day, and is intended to solve problems «that arise on a daily basis», such as virus removal, problems with operating systems or software installation and configuration , for example.
The use of the resource has the associated cost of the call: 0.27 euros per minute, from the fixed network, or 0.35 euros per minute, when the connection is made from the mobile network.
Help is provided over the phone, but the service may also include face-to-face assistance in the PCmedic network of laboratories or travel to the home, «at no extra cost to the customer,» adds Sapo.
