With the signing of framework agreements with four suppliers yesterday, the National Agency for Public Procurement agreed on the basic conditions and service levels that these partners are committed to providing when called upon to provide services in state agencies.

The framework agreement defines maximum prices and minimum service levels, in addition to four types of services to be purchased. Two refer to the form of contracting and two refer to the features offered by the platforms themselves, explains a statement from the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration.

This is the eighth framework agreement signed by ANCP. These include the renewal of the framework agreement for land mobile services, computer equipment, copy and print services.

Framework agreements allow State agencies to use a kind of catalog of solutions and services pre-selected according to the most advantageous conditions (be it price or service level) that they have demonstrated the capacity to offer in the public tender that determined a set of service providers. services for a specific area.
