Fox International Channels (FIC) and the Wall Street Journal have agreed to a partnership to sell news content in Portuguese and Spanish in Latin America, as announced in a press release.

The agreement between the Fox network and the WSJ digital network mainly concerns the joint promotion and sales of The Wall Street Journal Americas, the section online in Spanish and Portuguese from wsj.com that focuses on Latin America.

The Wall Street Journal Americas now has a new Internet address at www.wsjamericas.com.

«We continue to look for global consumers and influential decision makers around the world, and doing so in Spanish and Portuguese, two of the ten most important languages online, will help us achieve our goal, «said Hernan Lopez, president of Fox Networks and executive director of operations for FIC in the statement.
