Knowing who follows you on Instagram is a simple task.
Users can do this in a variety of ways: by checking the list of followers on their profile, noting the «follow» button for a specific profile, searching for their username on a person’s profile, or using third-party apps, such as Followers Assistant , available free for Android.

The procedures were performed on an iPhone 8 with iOS 12 and on a Moto E4 with Android 7.1.1 Nougat, but the tips are also valid for users of other cell phone models.

Access your Instagram profile and tap on the number of followers to the right of your photo.
The list of all the people who follow you will be displayed.
If you want to search for a specific person, use the search field at the top of the screen.

You can also find out if a specific user follows you by accessing the person’s profile and checking the blue button.
«Following the person too» indicates that he is following him.
Otherwise, the button will appear only as «Follow».

By the user’s profile
If you want to know if a specific profile follows you, access the account and then tap on the number of «following».
Then enter your own username in the search.
If your account is displayed, then the person follows you.
However, it is worth remembering that private accounts do not allow non-followers to access the list of friends.

There are many third-party apps that are intended to manage Instagram followers, such as Followers Assistant, available only for Android phones.
When using the app for the first time, scroll to the end, agree to the agreement and grant the necessary permissions.
Touch «Continue» and log in to your account.
Now, just go to «Follow back» and tap on update.
The app will inform your followers in a list, and allows you to use different filters, such as «follow back» etc., to view the data differently.
