Microsoft is having another Patch Tuesday tomorrow, as it happens every second Tuesday of each month. In the second monthly update of 2009, the company will make available four fixes for flaws detected in its products, this time, for Internet Explorer, Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Office Visio.
In the case of the February update, only the first two products will be entitled to critical corrections. Those that refer to Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Office Visio aim to correct less severe failures.
According to the company, the reported failure in SQL Server is related to an error that Microsoft has known since April 2008, when security experts started asking the manufacturer for its resolution.
Another flaw, detected in WordPad Text Converter, will continue without correction since in the February update bulletin there is no patch for the vulnerability.
