1. Restrict location services

3. Try the Play Store to create shortcuts on the home screen
Each time you install an app through the Play Store, it automatically creates a shortcut to it on your home screen. For those who use a lot of apps (over 100 in my case) and / or don't like shortcuts on the home screen (my case), there is a solution in the settings menu that disables this function. In the Play Store app, tap the hamburger menu> settings and uncheck Add home screen icon (For new apps). Okay, now only the shortcuts you created will be added to your home screen.

4. Let apps keep the screen active
Sometimes reading text or watching embedded video can be a frustrating experience, as Android deactivates the screen after a predetermined amount of time.
