For developers: Apple's app testing platform gets good improvements

Apple's application testing platform (TestFlight, acquired by the company about two years ago) was updated this week with good news.

TestFlight on Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch

The first one (multiple build support) quite explicit: developers can now create more than one version of the app for testing, just as users can install two or more versions of the app to test it. The second (group improvements) is also very welcome and allows developers to create certain groups for the distribution of different compilations of apps in each one making it possible, for example, an A / B test.

J the third (testing improvements) allows users to now be able to continue testing a build when it is released on the App Store; iTunes Connect users can access all active compilations, allowing an interesting comparison between versions. Another very welcome change was the addition of another 30 days (before there were 60, now only 90) so that users can test a compilation distributed over the platform.

Small but very welcome changes for developers!
