Food calorie counting app: learn how to use MyFitnessPal | Productivity

MyFitnessPal is an ally for those who want to get in shape as it works like a digital food diary. Besides counting calories, the free tool available for Android and iPhone (iOS) phones also records meals and serves to monitor physical activities, water intake, weight and even the mood of the day. The service provides a library with the calorie count of various foods, which can be entered either manually or via barcode. This feature is useful for users with busier routines as it allows you to optimize the process.

The app also allows you to determine the percentage of macronutrients (carbohydrate, protein and fat) and even offers integration with a range of exercise apps, for example Runtastic, BTFIT and Garmin Connect. With most of its features available for free, MyFitnessPal also comes with a premium version. The modality costs $ 9.99 per month (about R $ 37.44 in direct conversion) or $ 49.99 per year (about R $ 187.36), but can be tested for free for a month.
