IGTV, Instagram’s new video app, shows the content of the people you follow on the social network. However, when you come across something interesting in popular videos, you can follow IGTV’s direct profile. Likewise, when you see something uninteresting posted by someone you follow on Instagram, it is possible to stop following that person on IGTV without leaving the platform.
Check out, in the following tutorial, how to follow or stop following a profile on IGTV. The procedure was performed in the Instagram version for iPhone (iOS), but the tips also apply to users of Android phones.
How to use IGTV on your PC and watch Instagram TV videos without a cell phone

Step 1. Touch the video to display the controls. Then tap on the name of the person who posted the video in the upper left corner of the screen;

Step 2. To follow the profile, just tap on the «+» icon, to the right of the name;

Step 3. If you want to stop following, tap on the icon to the right of the profile name. Finally, confirm by tapping «Unfollow».
