For those who like to study in a playful way, Memrise is a great alternative. The platform helps users, at a beginner or advanced level, to improve English and other languages. The games are free and are available on the website and also in applications for Android and iPhone (iOS). It is possible to take advantage of free time on public transport, for example, to study.

2. Learn English with exercises
My English Online is a fully virtual English course that focuses on developing the skills of reading, writing and understanding English grammar. The free program is offered by Idiomas sem Fronteiras (IsF), from the Ministry of Education.
