The iPhone Calculator (iOS) has some little-known tricks for users that can make it easier to make accounts on your cell phone. With a few taps on the screen, it is possible to erase wrong digits, paste numbers from the clipboard, copy results using 3D Touch and make accounts using Siri. 1. Erase numbers easily
If you have entered a number by mistake and want to exclude it from the calculation, just slide your finger over the typing field to the left or right. The last digit will be deleted immediately.

2. Copy and paste numbers
The iPhone Calculator also allows you to copy or paste numbers into your input field. To do this, just press it until a balloon appears with the respective options.

3. Copy result using 3D Touch
3D Touch compatible devices allow you to copy the last result obtained on the Calculator without opening the app. To do this, press the application icon to activate 3D Touch. A balloon will appear on the screen with the result of the last operation. Touch “Copy Result”.

The feature can also be used on the Calculator icon located in the Control Center, using the same procedure.

4. Scientific calculator
The iPhone Calculator can be turned into a scientific calculator, with advanced calculation options, such as exponential, logarithmic and trigonometric functions. To do this, simply open the app and rotate the phone horizontally.

5. Make calculations using Siri
Siri can also perform calculations using the Calculator. To do this, call Apple’s virtual assistant and say something like «How much is 73 x 9?» or “How much is 10% of 213?”. The Calculator will perform the operation and show the result on the screen. If you want, touch the balloon to open the app.
