1. How to find photos in specific folders on your phone
To avoid wasting time scrolling the entire gallery in search of a specific photo, Instagram allows you to directly access folders on your phone to post Stories. So, you can get an image, for example, in the WhatsApp upload folder.
Step 1. Tap the Stories button in the upper left corner of the screen. Then, touch the «image» icon in the lower left corner;

Step 2. Note that, above the photos, there is a tab indicating «Gallery». When you tap this option, other folders with images on your phone are expanded, directly from Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, the camera and others. Select the one you prefer;

Step 3. The photos in the specific folder will be shown. Select one and continue the default customization to publish your stories.

2. How to post large or horizontal photos without cropping
If you have a photo horizontally or some image is too big, cutting off the edges, a quick trick will do it.

Step 2. Note that when you open it, the photo will fill the entire screen. Now, just drag with two fingers on the screen, as if you were «shrinking» the image. It will appear complete on the screen and the sides will be filled with a border. From there, just customize and post your photo in the traditional way.

3. How to activate the flashlight to take photos / videos
If the environment is very dark, the ideal for registering Stories is to activate the flash or «flashlight» mode.

Step 1. Open Stories and register or find an image in the gallery. Then, tap the «stickers» button at the top. Select the «camera» button;

Step 2. See that the selfie will be applied in a circle within your story. This circle can be expanded or reduced according to the movement of your fingers on the screen. 5. How to find your recent stickers in Stories
Step 1. In order not to waste time looking for your favorite stickers, open Stories and register the image / video. Then, tap the «sticker» button at the top of the screen. When you open it, drag the screen from left to right and that’s it: the «Recent» tab will be revealed, with all the items used in the latest Stories for you.
