After a long time of development and renaming (Solus was once called Evolve), the system promised a great (or as good as possible) experience of using it

Solus' goal is to bring a classic desktop experience, all thanks to Budgie, we already showed the Solus project when it was in Beta, check below, this will give you a notion of what to expect.

Standard applications available on Solus include Firefox 43.0.2, Nautilus 3.18.4, Rhythmbox 3.2.1, Thunderbird 38.5.0 and VLC 2.2.1.
