Firmware Update v01.04.0500 allows you to use DJI Goggles with Mavic 2 Pro and Zoom

DJI has released a firmware update for the Mavic Pro. This is version v01.04.0500 and the latest update until then was early July.

According to some reports on the DJI forum, this update has made no change to the drone controls and was made specifically to support DJI Goggles, the DJI headset designed for piloting FPV drones, First Person View.

Once the firmware has been updated, it cannot be reverted to the previous version. It is necessary to restart the aircraft and the remote control after completion of the upgrade.

Firmware upgrade can reset various settings to factory defaults, such as RTH altitude and maximum flight distance. Before you upgrade, make a note of the settings you have made and readjust them after the upgrade is complete.

If the upgrade fails, restart the aircraft, remote control, application DJI GO 4 or the DJI Assistant 2 and try again.
