Findings of the Week: Five Apps and Games You Need to Know

One of our biggest hobbies, technology publishers, discover and test new apps and games every day. Today, therefore, I want to share with you five discoveries that surprised me this week that I'm using on my Android. Have fun.

Astro is an email client that arrives with a very innovative proposition. Integrated with a virtual assistant using AI, artificial intelligence, its main goal is to make the user able to catch up on his inbox. Its interface is very intuitive, and Astro also offers integration with Amazon's Alexa, allowing the user to ask the assistant to do some tasks in their emails.

Astrobot is the native email assistant that can be easily accessed from your inbox. The chat displayed is similar to Google Allo, that is, you exchange messages with it asking for specific tips and tasks (in English). Astrobot's main goal is to alert the user based on their usage by sending notifications about pending tasks, unread emails and also questions that may be inside unanswered messages.

Bouncy Hoops

Here is an indication for the basketball fan, the game Bouncy Hoops. With 8-bit graphics the game has a very simple goal, which is to score points by making a basket. The ball automatically moves to the hoop and you only have to touch the screen to gain altitude. The gameplay closely resembles the Flappy Bird phenomenon.

Whenever you score a score the basket hoop will change position, and you must continue scoring the points. Bouncy Hoops has two game modes, which are: arcade (where time restarts with each hit), and time (which determines the amount of points you need to score). A free game and what a great pastime.

Of course, Twitter is not a new indication, because social networking has been around for a good few years. The novelty here is related to its look, which has been refurbished and is more elegant. Starting with the profile icons that have gained circular shape leaving the appearance of the app and displayed content cleaner. According to Twitter, there were improvements in response time, notifications and retweets, which are now displayed in real time.

It's also easier to find what the user likes most about the timeline thanks to a change in the micro-blog engine. In fact one of the biggest changes the Twitter app has ever received so far, and deserves your attention. Download and try it!
