Step 5. Choose the option «Automatically search for updated driver software». Wait for the files to be searched and updated.

If an update is not found, go to the manufacturer’s website and search for your sound driver model – normally, the name will appear in the Device Manager list. Then, return to Step 4 and choose the option «Search my computer for drive software». Select the folder with the downloaded files and wait for the update.

3. Check the integrity of the files

Step 1. Open the Start menu and search for «Command Prompt»;
