THE elago practically “adopted” the design of the Macintosh original for some of its accessories, such as the W3 Stand for the Apple Watch and the M4 Stand, for the iPhone. Now, the manufacturer contemplated the AirPods, launching a new case for them – inspired, of course, in the design of the famous Apple computer.
Similar to W3 support for the Apple Watch, the new case AW3 for Apple headphones supports wireless charging (Qi standard). The material of the case is made of silicone, making it a safe option for the case and headphones in case of falls – in addition to being flexible. At the bottom, the accessory has a cutout for charging with the Lightning cable.
Inside, there is a non-slip coating that allows you to adjust the original Apple case so that they do not “swing inside the Macintosh”.
Of course, the accessory is also compatible with the first version of the AirPod case. In the case of the most recent generation, the AW3 shows the charging LED of the case, letting the user know when to recharge it.
The elago AW3 case is now available on the manufacturer’s website for $ 14 and on Amazon for a little cheaper, for $ 13.
