The Virtual Taxpayer Service Center (e-CAC) is a platform for the IRS, under the authority of the Ministry of Finance, which provides a history of taxes paid by the taxpayer, as well as tax returns and tax returns (IRPF). Step 1. Anyone who contributed to the IRPF in 2017 and 2018 can use e-CAC. To create an account, I need to obtain an access code through the CPF. On the portal login page (cav.receita.fazenda.gov.br/autenticacao/login), press Learn how to generate an access code to perform the registration;

Step 2. The IRS website opens a kind of FAQ with information on the creation of the access code for individuals and legal entities. Press Generate Individual Access Code to begin the CPF contribution verification process;

Step 3. Before beginning the process of creating the access code, fill in the text boxes with the social security number and your date of birth, then complete the character verification test and press the Next button;

Step 4. The last step informs the name and CPF for data verification. In the following gaps, enter the 2017 and 2018 IRPF receipt number (without the last two digits) and create a password for your e-CAC account. Press the Generate Code "button to complete creation of the identifier number;

Step 5. The e-CAC access code will be made available as a 24 hour token. Copy the 12-number code and return to the login address (cav.receita.fazenda.gov.br/autenticacao/login) to access your e-CAC account;

Step 6. To access your e-CAC account, fill in the CPF, the access code that was generated and the password that was created by pressing the Avanar button to complete the access.

2. e-CAC Interfaces and Features

Step 1. The e-CAC is an IRS portal that provides a means of direct communication with the agency, informing you about various details of taxes already paid, as well as certificates, declarations, payments, processes etc. So use the search bar highlighted in the image to find some of the platform's features faster;

Step 2. e-CAC separates each of its services into ten main categories. Each page provides a list of links to the service sought by the user;

Step 3. On the left side of the portal you will find a tab with options for Featured Services and Most Accessed Services. These shortcuts are useful for accessing the most important and used tools of the platform;

Step 4. In My Income Tax, in the Featured Service section, you can access a database of IRFP statements and certificates paid in previous years;

Step 5. In Digital Processes, also listed under Featured Services, you can access a panel for complete procedural queries. The user has fast and secure access to case status summaries as well as communications, subpoenas, decisions, scanned parts.
