The meal voucher method was already accepted by some establishments in the application, but payment for these restaurants should be made immediately upon delivery, using card machines.
The novelty that iFood now allows to register the meal voucher directly in the app for online payment, and accepts the Sodexo Refeio Pass, VR Refeio and Vale Alelo Refeio banners. In addition, Sodexo food stamps will also be accepted by iFood soon for purchases in markets and other establishments.
2. How to register Sodexo on iFood?
Step 1. To register your meal voucher on iFood, open the app and access the "Profile" tab, located in the bottom right corner of the screen;

3. Where do you accept Sodexo Meal and / or Food?
To search for restaurants that accept payment via meal vouchers, you need to apply some iFood research filters. Access the search by tapping the magnifying glass at the bottom of the screen and looking for the item you want. Just below "Stores", there are "Filters". Touch them.
The filters are divided between "Basic", which order the establishments regarding distance, evaluation and delivery time; in "Categories", regarding the type of cuisine; and under "Payments". Tap on "Payments", go to the "Payments by iFood" section and look for the food stamp you want. Tap on "View Results" and choose the restaurant.

It is important to note that there is a difference between payments made on delivery and iFood. Payments by iFood are made online through the app itself. Payments on delivery will be made upon delivery, using card machines.
4. How do I know if a restaurant accepts Sodexo?

To find out if an establishment accepts or at Sodexo, you can access the restaurant's information page in the application. Tap on the restaurant you want and then on the small arrow next to its name. Slide the screen down and you will find the "Payment by iFood" and "Payment on delivery" tabs. In them are the card flags accepted by the establishment, as well as the meal cards accepted by the restaurant.
5. What are iFood's payment methods?
IFood accepts several forms of payment, which include the main credit and debit card, cash and meal voucher banners, in addition to corporate cards. The flags accepted by the online payment platform include Amex, Diners, MasterCard, Hipercard, Elo and Visa cards. In addition, for payments on delivery, it is necessary to check the banners accepted by the restaurant.
Payments made through meal vouchers accepted by the online platform include Sodexo Refeio Pass, VR Refeio and Vale Alelo Refeio, but there are also restaurants that accept Food Ticket for payments on delivery.
