Do you need to send important files? Tresorit can help you deliver safely to the recipient

The COVID-19 pandemic dictated the adoption of the teleworking strategy in many countries and Portugal was no exception. At a time when the number of computer attacks has been growing exponentially, Tresorit's file sharing platform promises more security when sending files, especially important documents.

The TresoritSend platform works similarly to WeTransfer, but allows you to send files up to 5 GB and has end-to-end encryption, even being able to protect them with a specific password. The files can then be shared via a link and the user will receive confirmation that they have reached the right place and that they have been opened by email.

Tresorit complies with the General Data Protection Regulation. The company explains on its website that, thanks to the end-to-end encryption architecture of the service, it cannot decrypt and access users' files. Tresorit says that the high level of security means that, even in the event of a computer attack on its servers, attackers would not be able to access the content.

Tresorit's service also has an ISO 27001: 2013 security certificate from TV Rheinland and also complies with the North American Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

In addition to the free file sharing platform, Tresorit offers secure solutions, either for ordinary users, or for companies and institutions in different sectors with different payment plans. The solutions developed are used by more than 10,000 organizations, including Allianz, SAP, Pfizer, Canon and Emirates. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Tresorit also has free plans for public health and education institutions.
