DJI Mavic 2 Pro and Zoom Firmware are updated to v01.00.02.00

THE DJI released drone firmware update Mavic 2 Pro and Zoom for version The update has been bringing new features and bug fixes to the drones.


Expected release on November 28th at a major company event in New York

One of the new features is increasing the shutter speed to up to 2 seconds in modes. Hyperlapse Circle and Course lock. Upgrading also brings precision landings, a feature that was much in demand on the manufacturer's official forum.

The update also brings a voice alert to the ActiveTrack 2.0 when the goal is lost sight of. For this, however, it is necessary to have the application DJI GO 4 from version 4.3.4 or later for iOS. The app will be available to Android coming soon.

To top it off, the update will bring an OSD (on-screen display) for when shooting in Hyperlapse or Panorama. Again, I need to have app v4.3.4 or newer.

Notes– Restart the aircraft and remote controller after the Mavic 2 firmware update is complete.- Please note that update may reset various main controller settings, such as the RTH altitude and the maximum flight distance, to default settings. Before the update, take note of your preferred DJI GO 4 settings, and readjust them after the update.- If the update fails, restart aircraft, remote controller, and DJI GO 4 or DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic, and retry.
