Finally the mystery is over. O Engadget managed to capture the real image of the new Sony VAIO P in a screen that will be released soon by Sony during CES.
As we can see from the image, some features match others already demonstrated by us, such as the long-distance design, the “cyclete” keyboard and the trackpoint replacing the traditional trackpad. Some new features can also be seen in the image: an integrated webcam on the top right and SD card and Memory Stick readers on the side.
It is also known that the Sony netbook has a 1.33GHz Atom Z520 processor, 2GB of RAM, 60GB HD as standard drive (and 128GB SSD as an option), GPS module and 3G network support.
Now only the official announcement by Sony is missing.
