Discover two accessories for iMacs: a USB extender and a raised stand

The universe of accessories for iGadgets it’s gigantic compared to what exists for Macs, but every now and then there are some interesting things out there.

Today, we’ll talk about two new ones for iMacs.

Jimi

This accessory from Bluelounge brings a proposal similar to that of the iMacompanion, but it was conceived in another way: it is a small black curved piece that you fit into one of the rear USB 3.0 ports of the computer and there is easy front access to connect pendrives, iGadgets, etc.

The Jimi (yes, the name is in honor of Jimi Hendrix) comes out for just $ 15 and is compatible with iMacs unibody 21.5 and 27 inches.

Elevation Stand

A raised support perfect for use with iMacs (and Apple monitors), with a design that complements that of the machine and gives you total security while still offering a space to hide, for example, external HDDs.

See how cool:

The project was so well received on Kickstarter that, with 56 days left to finish its fundraising phase, it has already raised more than US $ 66 thousand (the initial target was only US $ 25 thousand).

To guarantee an Elevation Stand in advance, just invest US $ 59 in the project – a value that does not include international freight. When it officially hits the market, the product is expected to cost more than $ 100.
