Discover the new Apple store at the Oculus at the World Trade Center in New York [atualizado 3x]

In 2014, the news emerged that Apple would open a store in the underground part of the new World Trade Center in New York. Recently the subject came up and it seemed that it would still be a while before we see the thing done, but it looks like it was well in advance.

And the big day has come! The inauguration of Apple World Trade Center it will be at noon today (for the local New York time) and some people have had the privilege of taking a look around.

New Apple Store opens at WTC Transit Center on Tuesday. huge. 2 floors. It occupies 1/4 of the Oculus.

The store is located on the lower floor inside the monument called Oculus (a kind of transport hub) and was designed by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, who is also responsible for the design of the Palo Alto store. Some people who passed by did not resist recording images, even outside.

New York is really well served by iconic Apple Stores to visit. This is the seventh (!) That the company opens in big Apple.
