Now, it’s not just the iPad that Apple needs to worry about keeping demand from potential buyers. Launched yesterday, the 13-inch MacBook Pro is also far more successful than expected by the company, which has already extended its online delivery time in the United States to up to three business days.
According to an analyst atUBS, both products have already been sold out in several company stores in the country, even though they are unavailable in other international markets. Apparently, the demand for MacBooks Pro is now so intense when on the iPad, but it is not known if the inventories of notebooks sent to stores by Apple were greater than those of the tablet.
In Brazil, the availability forecast for the new MacBooks Pro is still scheduled for a maximum of three weeks. Meanwhile, orders for iPad outside the United States will be accepted starting May 10, according to an earlier Apple announcement.
