The Consumer Protection Association today launches a new line to help clarify consumer doubts. Available to all Portuguese, SOS Crise will answer questions in three different areas: consumption, credits and telecommunications.
The new helpline will operate between 9 am and 1 pm and in the afternoon between 2 pm and 6 pm and is available at 808 780 507.
In support of the answers it provides, the association has simulators that help consumers understand how to choose a bank to make a credit, how to manage their credits, expenses with communications or supermarket expenses.
On the day it launches the support line, the association emphasizes that last year it helped around 9 thousand indebted families.
