Dada SpA buys the AMEN Group for 17.5 million euros

The AMEN Group was sold yesterday to Dada SpA for 17.5 million euros, a company specialized in community & entertainment for web and mobile, as well as domain services, hosting and online advertising, Claranet announced.

In a statement, the company says that this deal will allow it to focus on «core business and increase the group’s capacity to continue its organic and external growth, in the managed networks & hosting«.

The founder and CEO of Claranet, Charles Nasser, explains that this transaction will allow the group to maintain «the focus on providing high quality services to business customers, in terms of networks, hosting and application management».

Finally, Claranet states that it intends to continue to work with AMEN in order to maintain the supply of network services, hosting and support across Europe.
