Crop photos with the Google Photos app, the native image manager on Android phones. The app also has an iPhone version (iOS) and unlimited free cloud storage. The crop function is useful for removing unwanted people and objects or adjusting the photo frame.

Step 1. Open Google Photos and locate the image you want to crop. That done, tap on the edit button at the bottom of the screen;

Step 2. Still at the bottom of the screen, tap the third button. Now use the four dots in the corners of the photo to adjust the area to crop;

Step 3. If you want, you can use the first button on the bottom bar to choose a preset aspect ratio, rotate the photo or rotate left 90;

Step 4. After making any desired adjustments, tap "Done". Finally, click "Save Copy" at the top of the screen.
