Credicard Zero wins international modality; free annuity remains

The Credicard Zero digital credit card announced the beginning of the international modality of purchases with plastic. Customers interested in the service can request a new card to make purchases abroad. Until now, this segment of Credicard has only operated in Brazil.

The brand is in evidence due to the boiling, in the country, of the fintech sector – innovative companies that bet on financial services. In the same way that Nubank and Agibank operate, Credicard Zero does not charge an annual fee. Anyone can apply for a credit card directly through the brand’s website, which operates under the umbrella of Itaú Unibanco.

How Credicard Zero works: meet the digital credit card

In a note, the creators of Credicard Zero highlight the allocation of spending limits made “according to the profile of each customer”. The value starts at R $ 1 thousand and reaches R $ 35 thousand.

The Credicard Zero application for Android and iPhone (iOS) brings the statement of expenses and allows consultation of the limit in real time. An area dedicated to customer service offers a chat mode, so that consumers can talk to credit card representatives without depending on the phone to call the SAC.

Among the novelties of the international card is the new look, in which the plastic face is arranged vertically. It is compatible with Apple Pay, Apple’s virtual wallet that works on iPhone, Apple Watch and Mac.
