The Claranet Group bought the Portuguese company Crashless, a company specialized in systems administration services based on Microsoft technology and networks.
With the acquisition, managed services provider will become part of the Claranet business, which thus reinforces its portfolio in managed hosting solutions through its policy of «expanding across Europe», said António Miguel Ferreira, a delegated administrator at Claranet Portugal, in a statement.
Without revealing the financial terms of the agreement, Pedro Monteiro, general manager of Crashless, explains that this business «will allow Crashless to strengthen its technological offer and expand its portfolio of services and main technologies, promoting the managed services it offers to your customers. «
This is because, the company will be able to benefit its customers with a vast network and datacenter infrastructures, as well as carry out the outsourcing more critical services, according to the model managed services provided by Claranet.
