Contact inaugurated a new contact center that will create 200 jobs, supported by an investment of 1.4 million euros. The new service structure for customer contact of the Espírito Santo group responds to the expansion needs of the company, which also provides services to customers outside the group.
The new contact center will operate on a VoIP platform that is already being implemented in the group’s operation in Lisbon and which will also be replicated in the operation of Caldas da Rainha.
«With the development of this new website, Contact intends to increase its production capacity, enhance the quality and stability of its employees and ensure flexibility and responsiveness to the market», explains the company in a statement.
In the document, Contact adds that it opted for Caldas da Rainha to create a new contact center structure, since in the region it found qualified human resources and in quantity to satisfy its needs. For now, the Caldas da Rainha center employs 33 employees.
