S-line devices almost always achieve excellent ratings in surveys conducted through Consumer Reports. However, the latest survey conducted by the institution pointed out that Samsung customers still prefer the Galaxy S5 to the new Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. Check details in the article below.
Samsung’s recent investments in screens and cameras do not seem to have been enough for the new S-line devices to receive public attention. According to the survey, Samsung’s characteristic DNA was lost with the arrival of new models. Customers point out dissatisfaction with the impossibility of removing the battery and the absence of a microSD card slot, something that differentiated the line premium of South Korea in relation to the iPhone. In addition to the absence of «anti-Apple» features, the Galaxy S6 ranks 50th when taking into account the system’s performance.
At the top of the list of smartphones with the best performance is the LG G4, earning 78 points out of the 100 criteria evaluated. The LG device fared better on camera features like laser focus and RAW extension images. The complete list of Consumer Reports can be accessed through this link.
So, do you agree with the result of the report? Did the new Galaxy really lose their DNA?
