Consiste announced the merger with Grupo Capital IT, a group of information technology companies operating in the banking, insurance, financial companies, industry, construction and real estate sectors and which last year had a sales volume of around 6 millions of euros.
The business aims to enrich the group’s solutions portfolio, which has an internationalization plan in place targeting Spain, Latin America, Africa and Asia, focused on the banking, tourism, distribution, industry and hospitality sectors.
Recently, the technology company owned by the National Pharmacy Association announced the acquisition of Pulso Informática, a Spanish software for pharmacies with facilities in more than 5600 European pharmacies.
Consiste currently has 3,500 customers, 350 employees and last year recorded a turnover of around 45 million euros. For 2006, the company’s goal is to grow by around 10 percent.
