The rumors again proved to be correct! Apple just invited the press to a special event on September 9 (a Wednesday), which will be held at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, in San Francisco, at 10 am (local time; 14 pm, Brasilia time).
The event will most likely be the presentation stage for the new iPhones. There are also rumors that other products may be presented together with it, such as the new Apple TV and even new iPads. It is also possible that we will see the final presentation of the operating systems OS X El Capitan 10.11, iOS 9 and watchOS 2.
The invitation itself shows the phrase "Hey Siri, give us a hint" ("Hey Siri, give us a clue") with the stylized Apple logo, following the sound waves of the virtual assistant interface. What does that mean? Anything! Jokes aside, there are rumors that Siri will finally reach Apple TVs, so it is possible that we will even have news from set-top box In the event. Or it could just be that Apple is really playing with Siri, after all many users play that way with her, too.
And yes, Siri is already inside the event:
The event, of course, has full coverage of the MacMagazine!
