Colt Telecom reorganizes offer for SMEs

Colt Telecom today announced a new offer for the small and medium-sized market, on a European scale. Colt Experience is composed of three elements that are divided by professional consulting services; specific services and products for SMEs and Costumer Care services

In the consultancy area, the company intends to assist SMEs in fields such as security, helping to build complete solutions, explains Colt in a statement. In the product area, the company offers packages with fixed prices and pre-configured or custom-built solutions, based on its portfolio of solutions.

In terms of customer service, the company points out that service packages will be sealed with standard or premium service provision agreements for the project, service and fault management.

Colt today brings together 42 thousand customers in the small and medium-sized business segment where it operates by direct sales or through a network of 650 partners.
