Chinese website says Foxconn has already started production of “iTV”

The rumors started early this week, and they again involve an alleged Apple TV.

The Chinese portal Sina informed [Google Translate] that Foxconn, Apple’s main partner in the manufacture / assembly of its products, received orders for the pilot production of “iTV”. Everything was happening at the Fuji Kang Longhua facility in the city of Shenzhen (China).

In the middle of this month, a vehicle said that, at a press conference, Foxconn’s president (Terry Gou) reportedly said his company was preparing to start production on Apple’s television. A few days later the information was denied, with the company saying it is not allowed to comment on plans / products from its partners.

The truth is that it is unusual to see news from iProducts leaking from Foxconn. Precisely for this reason, rumors like this should be treated with great caution.
