Chinese company may sue Apple for iPad design

Technically, the design of the iPad is not as exclusive to Apple as you might think: a Chinese company (Shenzhen Great Loong Brother Industrial) is threatening to sue it for already offering a simulated-looking product on the market, the P88 this one can be called of “giant iPhone”. The gadget has been on the Chinese market for about six months, but it could also be marketed in the United States soon, which motivates its manufacturer to not rule out the possibility of a lawsuit over the iPad.

However, this company is already known for creating products with a similar look to popular devices around the world, but with different purposes. In the case of the P88, it is a device with a touchscreen of approximately 10 inches that runs Windows XP (that is, like any netbook) and brings an Intel Atom processor of 1.6GHz, 250GB HD, DVD drive and up to some USB ports.

Obviously, this makes the device a much heavier and thicker product than an iPad, not to mention that its battery lasts only an hour and a half. Have you realized what an Apple tablet would be like if it answered all your complaints?
