1. ZenMotion

ZenMotion is a kind of switch that features touch and gesture functions. Thus, by accessing this option in the settings, you can configure the system to execute various commands, such as opening the browser by drawing the letter "W" on the screen.

In this menu you can find the system operating mode for a hand, which resizes the system interface and can help in handling the device in some situations.

<h2>2. Keyboard Settings</h2>
<p>The Zen UI keyboard comes with various customization options. You can change their color, key layout and prediction engine, as well as download new dictionaries. The function I like most is the option to resize the keyboard size, since I have a certain preference for lower keyboard. You find this option going to the <em>System Settings> Language & Input> Zen UI Keyboard.</em></p><div class='code-block code-block-3' style='margin: 8px auto; text-align: center; display: block; clear: both;'>

3. Customize home screens

It is very easy to find the best customization tools that Zen UI offers for Zenfones. Just swipe up from the home screen, a menu with some options will appear.

It is worth clicking on each one and knowing the functions that are hidden in these menus. Many are not accessible from system settings. You can resize icons, icon labels, change screen transition effects, and change many visual aspects of the system.

manage start "sizes =" (max-width: 806px) calc (100vw - 24px), (max-width: 995px) 782px, (max-width: 1216px) calc (2 * (100vw - 30px) / 3) + 15px - 24px), 782px "src =" https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/managementinicio-w782.jpg "srcset =" https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/ manageinicio-w782.jpg 782w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/managementinicio-w596.jpg 596w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/gerenciarinicio-w450. jpg 450w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/managementinicio-w336.jpg 336w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/gerenciarinicio-w300.jpg 300w "class = "lazyload" />

4. Custom Settings

Going to System Settings, you will find the "Custom Settings" option that adds more functionality to the system buttons, such as biometric and capacitive. The multitasking capacitor, for example, can be set to capture screenshots when pressed for a few seconds.

With this setting it is possible to customize the quick access bar shortcuts which, by default, come packed with options that can disrupt some users.

custom configurations "sizes =" (max-width: 806px) calc (100vw - 24px), (max-width: 995px) 782px, (max-width: 1216px) calc (2 * (100vw - 30px) / 3) + 15px - 24px), 782px "src =" https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/configurationspersonalized-w782.jpg "srcset =" https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/ Custom Configurations-w782.jpg 782w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/configurations customized-w596.jpg 596w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/configurationspersonalized-w450. jpg 450w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/configurationscustom-w336.jpg 336w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/configurationscustom-w300.jpg 300w "class = "lazyload" />

<h2>5. Fingerprint</h2>
<p>The biometric sensor has not yet shown what it came from, although it added a security layer when we bought apps or unlocked the device. Like other brands, Asus offers an option that adds more features to the sensor. It is used for answering calls or for making clicks with camera software. To utilize this feature, however, your Zenfone needs a biometrics reader.</p>

6. Application Lock

By going to the home screen customization menu (topic 3), you will find a feature that lets you lock applications with a password. This function can be useful for many users, and eliminates the need for the user to download an app that does this. It works in any app, and you only need to set a 4 digit password.

block app "sizes =" (max-width: 806px) calc (100vw - 24px), (max-width: 995px) 782px, (max-width: 1216px) calc (2 * (100vw - 30px) / 3) + 15px - 24px), 782px "src =" https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/application-w782.jpg "srcset =" https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/ application lock-w782.jpg 782w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/application-w596.jpg 596w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/application-w450. jpg 450w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/application-w336.jpg 336w, https://fscl01.fonpit.de/userfiles/6675138/image/application-w300.jpg 300w "class = "lazyload" />

<h2>7. Device Manager</h2>
<p>Asus Mobile Manager is a utility that is a kind of Clea Master, DU Cleaner, DU Speed Booster and the like. It performs cache, data cleanup and optimizes system RAM. The function that I find most interesting in this optimization center is "Data Usage" which monitors the user's internet data usage on Wi-Fi and 3G, showing consumer charts that can help anyone who wants to save the internet package.</p><div class='code-block code-block-7' style='margin: 8px auto; text-align: center; display: block; clear: both;'>
